The current VAT will be added to the value shown on the website and will be reflected in the purchase invoice.
Delivery times in the peninsula will be from 24 to 48 hours. The price of transport will be indicated on the website, with the applicable VAT, with the option of 24-48h or urgent services at an additional cost.

Return and Refund Policy

The products that you want to return must not be damaged or have been opened and must remain in their original packaging without handling. Simply return it postage prepaid along with the original invoice or packing slip within 30 days from the date you received the product, and we'll exchange it or offer a refund based on the original method of payment. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can only be returned to the country in which they were originally purchased, within the period.

Retention of the right to change offer

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for services. We may permanently or temporarily suspend access to the Services without notice or liability for any or no reason.
Guarantees and responsibility for services and products.
When we receive a claim, we will activate the guaranteed protocols. If possible, we will repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, we will inform the customer and provide an alternative solution.

The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
