DESCRIPTION
The BEGO Semados® S implant is a self-tapping, cylindrical implant made of pure titanium (grade 4).
With an adequate bone level, it is recommended to use implants with a diameter ≥ 4.5; for a low bone level a diameter ≤ 4.1 is recommended depending on the prosthetic concept. Navigated/template-guided preparation of the BEGO Semados® S implants with diameters 3.25–4.5 can be carried out using the BEGO Guide system. The reduced-diameter S implant with a diameter of 3.25 may only be used to restore narrow anterior gaps associated with the loss of teeth 12, 22, 33, 32, 31, 41, 42 and 43!
